UM Liquidation Terms & Conditions 

1- All items, unless otherwise noted, all items are sold “AS IS” condition.  

2- Returns/Refunds/Exchanges are solely on U.M. discretion and not guaranteed. All Sales are Final. 

3- ANY RETURN REQUEST MUST BE WITHIN 2 DAYS OF PURCHASE. IF ACCEPTED, RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. 

4- All accepted returns MUST be in exact condition as they were when purchased. 

5- All items are sold on a first come, first served, basis. 

6- No items will be held without a 50% deposit. 

7- Items NOT picked-up within 7 days or will incur a $15.00/day storage 

8- Items left more than 30 days, will be considered abandoned and U.M. will retake ownership.

9- U.M. does not offer any-type of warranties or guarantees. 

10- Manufacturer warranties are at the sole discretion of said manufacturer and U.M. has no involvement 

11- U.M. Liquidation encourages/allows for the testing, inspection, and operation of products prior to sale to ensure the buyer is satisfied with the functionality of the product. It's solely the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product/item is complete and/or functional.
